Saurabh Poddar is a purpose-driven entrepreneur with a passion for reimagining early childhood education. An MBA graduate from NMIMS, he has led new-age ventures across retail, consumer services, and education—but finds his greatest fulfillment in shaping learning spaces for young children. With a strong belief that quality care and education can transform lives, Saurabh founded Eager Beaver to make dependable, joyful early learning accessible to working families. Saurabh is certified in Steiner Education Philosophy. He is also an improvisor and uses improvised drama to create learning environments at schools and corporate workshops. Guided by a philanthropic vision and inspired by leading global practices, he continues to champion the idea that every child deserves to be eager for life.

Bilwa Kulkarni-Poddar
Director of Academic Operations

Bilwa Kulkarni-Poddar is an educator, pedagogue, and learning designer with over 15 years of experience in creating meaningful, real-world learning experiences for children. With a background in museums, she has spent over a decade shaping informal education spaces that honour children’s innate curiosity and individuality. A certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, Bilwa draws from Waldorf, Reggio Emilia, and Montessori philosophies to design meaningful, child-led experiences. To her, childhood isn’t a race, but a beautiful, gradual, sacred emergence—a magical journey where children lead and grown-ups guide with care. At Eager Beaver, she brings this vision to life, helping little ones grow into kind, curious, and confident learners.
